ALCOHOL

The Capital Ballroom has a wide assortment of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails to choose from.  We take pride in our community and offer a selection of local craft beers and spirits

SMOKING

The Capital Ballroom is a non-smoking establishment. There is a smoking area outside the venue.

SEATING

The Capital Ballroom is a General Admission room with limited table seating. It is reccommended you arrive early to secure yourself a seat.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located on the main floor of the venue by the main ball.

RE-ENTRY

Guests are allowed re-entry once stamped by one of our door staff.

ATMS

The Capital Ballroom has two ATMs located at the top of the stairs of the main enterance.

TRANSIT

The Capital Ballroom is within walking distance of many bus routes servicing the downtown core. Check the BC Transit website or Google maps for your route.

PARKING

Street parking is available close to the Capital Ballroom and is free after 6PM. 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Capital Ballroom is restricted to 19 years and older. 

IDENTIFICATION

All patrons are required to show 2 pieces of Government issued ID. One piece must have name, date of birth, photo, and signature.

BAR WATCH

The Capital Ballroom is apart of the Bar Watch program.  Upon entry your identification will be scanned and your photo taken.

LOST AND FOUND

If you have lost an item at the Capital Ballroom, please email lostandfound@thecapitalballroom.com and we'll contact you regarding your item.

SHOW AND SET TIMES

Show and set time are determined by the promoter and act, most times the time are posted on the Facebook event pages.

FOOD

The Capital Ballroom does not serve and no outside food is premitted in the venue. 

COAT CHECK

All patrons entering The Capital Ballroom must use coat check for their oversized bags and coats
